HOUSEKEEPING NOTES
CLASS MINIMUMS: Our classes have a three-family minimum in order to run. If your class is canceled due to low registration, a private session may be available.
SAFETY: We take safety seriously because we serve a very vulnerable population. Vaccines are strongly encouraged and masks are optional for adult guests. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions!
CANCELLATIONS: Maine Mother and Company intentionally runs small classes so everyone at the class can get the maximum possible out of the experience. Last minute cancellations impact our ability to continue to run these small classes. With that in mind, refunds are generally not offered from 2 weeks prior to the class. However, we understand that babies come when they want to, so please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a class because of an early arrival.
Cancellation 3 weeks in advance: Full refund.
Cancellation 2 weeks in advance: Case by Case basis, partial refund may be considered.
Cancellation 1 week in advance: Credit towards another class.
