A note on illness as we head into the cooler months.
Your and your baby’s health is very important to us. Please very carefully screen you and your little for any and all symptoms. If there is any sign of illness of any kind, or if you know you have been exposed to something, please stay home. Don’t hesitate to reach out via contact form if you have any questions!
Mondays are facilitated—get expert support from an IBCLC and doula!
This is an IN PERSON group for babies and their female-identifying parents. Topics may include, processing and/or healing from birth, adoption, or fostering. Life with a newborn, sleep, feeding, and all things survival. Asking for and receiving help from family and others. Navigating new family dynamics with partner. As babies get older: introducing solids, managing expectations, fostering your own self care, beginner sleep strategies, returning to work and pumping, and more.
NOTE: Group is free and sign up is not required. You’re not late unless group is over!
Thursdays are unfacilitated—get peer support from other moms. Scale always available!
