Paula Norcott

Hi Friends! I am Paula, certified lactation counselor, certified labor and postpartum doula, certified childbirth educator, certified coffee snob, and mom to five boys. I have been working with new families for over 20 years. I support parents as they navigate the uncertainty that is life with children. I am currently offering Private Lactation visits as well as community based lactation services. Support is crucial to meeting your feeding goals, regardless of what they may be. I am also known as the “Colic Doula” After having a “colicy” child myself, I learned ways to calm the colic. If you are struggling with a “fussy” or “high needs” baby, we can work together to find the techniques and tricks to settle your baby, reduce family stress and enjoy your tiny human. When I am not at Maine Mother + Company, you might find me, sipping coffee in the sun or watching Handmaid’s Tale shouting at the screen.

Mary Quinn

Hi there! I’m Mary, Certified Postpartum Doula and a mom of three. I live in Brunswick with my husband, our son Owen (9), and our twin girls Darcy and Erin (5). My current passions in life are my children, my girlfriends, coffee, chocolate, the ocean, naps, keepin’ it real, and helping women feel confident and cared for on this wild ride that is motherhood.

At ME MO + CO, I'll be facilitating Mom & Baby groups, holding space for new moms to make connections, and to support each other through the ups and downs of infancy, with compassion and without judgement.

Koru Physical Therapy and Wellness provides personalized, nurturing care for women. As a busy, working mom, I know how hard it is to take care of yourself- and when you do, maybe you feel guilty about all the other things (and people) in your life that need your attention. I also know how overwhelming it can be to be peeing yourself, have pain or suffer from stress, low sex-drive and uncontrollable mood swings.

If you have something on your mind or on your heart that you’d like to explore, you can meet individually with our LCSW.

STEPHANIE VEILLEUX WELCH

Hi, I am Stephanie, Mom to two beautiful souls, a Certified Aromatherapist & Childbirth Doula. I have been using essential oils for two decades now although it wasn’t until my first born arrived 14 years ago that I like so many new Moms began to question everything around me including the validity of essential oils. And so with a child on hip I began my Aromatherapy education at the American College of Healthcare Sciences in 2007. In these years I have developed an intimate relationship with many essential oils and found the importance of working with evidence based information when using essential oils for health & wellness through the stages of maternity and childhood.
