FELICITY COLANGELO, LCSW, PMH-C
Hi, I’m Felicity Colangelo (she/her), a licensed clinical social worker, lifelong student of the human experience, lover of the outdoors, foodie and mom of two intense little people. My goal as a clinician is to empower folks toward more hope and joy as they plan for and navigate through prenatal and early parenting struggles. My practice is driven by the knowledge that people are silently struggling with a wide range of challenges related to family planning, pregnancy and parenting and that, with the right support, their suffering can be greatly relieved. I am LGBTQ and all gender identity affirming.

*Prenatal/Postpartum Adjustment
*Attachment/Bonding
*Anxiety
*Depression
*Coping Skills
*Grief/Loss/Trauma (including childhood/past trauma)

Mia Bernardi, LCPC, LMHC
I am thrilled to join the Maine Mother + Co community as a licensed clinical professional counselor after spending the last six years in private practice in New York. I have experience treating a broad range of mental health conditions, including anxiety/ panic, OCD, depression and other mood disorders. Much of my work has included helping clients manage complex family dynamics, relationship challenges, and identity shifts, no matter their diagnosis. I have additional experience helping people manage chronic pain and illness, which has always been a passion of mine.
I am now a mother to three amazing and wild little children. Becoming a mother has changed me more than any else I have experienced—and informed the direction of my career greatly. The journey of conception, pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood is multi layered, transformative and undoubtedly important to all that experience it. It is a special, complex, and often challenging time that rebirths us as new versions of ourselves. It would be my honor to support you wherever you are in this journey: contemplating the decision to enter parenthood, in the midst of infertility or loss, or moving through the wilds of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I gratefully support all who find themselves in this phase of life including members of the LGBTQ community, BIPOC, those with co-occurring mental and/or physical health conditions, and more.
As a psychotherapist specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I work with my clients to deliver goal oriented care through a warm, non judgmental relationship. I can’t wait to meet you and begin this journey together.
I am accepting new clients for in-person sessions on Wednesdays at Maine Mother + Co, and remotely Mondays and Tuesdays. I am licensed in Maine and New York.

Meghan Collier, LCSW, c-IAYT, Reiki Master, Mindful Grieving Facilitator
Hi! I’m Meghan Collier (she/her), a licensed clinical social worker, yoga therapist, grief specialist, coffee enthusiast, and mom to two wild little boys and one sweet pup. I specialize in working with people experiencing grief & loss, trauma, and have a particular passion for working with new postpartum parents, pregnant people, people experiencing fertility challenges, miscarriage, stillbirth, baby & child loss, NICU experiences, and abortion. I am trained in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International and am eligible for my PMH-C.
As someone who has experienced a lot of loss myself, I know how important it is to feel safe, seen, and heard. Saying goodbye and holding space for my loves and my losses has been woven into my life from a young age. I'm grateful to have learned to not shut away grief but instead to lean into it and grieve together. Because of this, it's what I bring to holding space for others. I let grief be loud. Or quiet. Or joyful, scary, messy, devastating... I let grief be whatever it needs to be. I lean in.
I believe that the foundation of any healing work is a strong and trusting relationship, and the ability to feel safe in the vulnerability of the work. This journey is a collaborative one and we will work together to find what best supports you. Here are some common topics I support folks with:
Perinatal mental health - pregnancy, postpartum, loss
Fertility challenges
Sense of self/self-esteem - how parenthood changes us
Parenting struggles
Relationship challenges and changes
Sex/sexuality - I am LGBTQIA2S+ & all gender affirming
Grief/loss
Trauma
Anxiety
And so much more… come as you are and let’s do this together. I’ve got you.
I am accepting new clients for in-person sessions on Tuesdays at Maine Mother + Co, and remotely on Wednesdays & Thursdays. I am licensed in Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.
