Office Rental

If you would like to join the Maine Mother + Company family, consider renting one of our beautiful offices! Each office is thoughtfully designed to help you and your clients feel at home, with simple, stylish furnishings and decor. Whether you are looking to increase your business’s visibility, connect with potential clients, build community with other business owners, or just escape your home office, we’d love to have you!

Our space includes two traditional offices, as well as a treatment room with a sink, treatment table and extra storage—perfect for massage therapy, acupuncture, physical therapy and more. Rent includes four hours/month in our classroom, which boasts a wall-mounted internet-enabled TV, projector, and seating for up to 18. Tenants also have access to our shared kitchen with stove, full-sized refrigerator and washer-dryer.

We are conveniently on Cumberland Street, one turn off of Route 1 and a short walk to downtown Brunswick. Our plaza also includes a yoga studio and gluten free bakery!
