Comfort measures and pain management for labor and birth

This is a hands-on class for birthing parents and their partner or primary support person. We will learn and practice tools, techniques and positions for comfort as well as discuss in-depth the medical pain management options available. Come learn what partners can actively do and what works for YOU! This 1 time class is a perfect compliment to centering care, or in-hospital and online childbirth education classes. Taught by a doula and mom to 5, our class is known to be a game changer for birth.
